Firm Overview

As a corporate and commercial law firm, our clients, employees and the community have become important partners in our business. It is this understanding that makes a sense of partnership the essence of all the relationships we have forged over time.

We have been providing trusted legal services for the past 12 years. We have doubled our efforts in order to maintain the trust that we have earned. We believe that client centred and efficient services create an indelible mark in the minds of our clients and that fact spreads knowledge about us faster than any marketing tool. We are therefore intentional about leaving our clients with a lasting memory.

We are sensitive to South Africa’s dark past of inequality and we have made it our priority to empower the previously disadvantaged. We achieve this by allowing young graduates to enter Morudu Attorneys as articled clerks to be trained vigorously to enable them to realise their career dreams.

We put emphasis on the culture of team-work to bring various skills together in order to find holistic and collaborative legal solutions to legal problems.

Our Values

Dealings with our clients are influenced by ethical conduct . Honesty and integrity are at the heart of our services and relationships. We believe that there is no replacement for hard-work and experience and as such we constantly encourage and take part in updating our knowledge.

Corporate Social Investment

We are a partner with the community that we operate in. In order to give back to the community, we identify indigent members of the community with legal problems and offer them legal services for free on certain days of the week (pro-bono). We also allow a limited number of students who are interested in pursuing careers in the legal profession to come for observations at our offices during school holidays.
To find out if you are eligible for free (pro-bono) legal services and to reserve a space for observations, interested members of the community and students may call (013) 243 0724 during office hours and make an appointment for assessment or arrangements.
